Customer Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before April 21st will receive a full refund. After April 21st, all customer participants will be charged the full rate of their registration fee, regardless of circumstances.

  • All customer registrants will be invoiced after April 21st and on an ongoing basis as registration continues.

  • Please note: Sagent reserves the right to cancel Hands-On Training tracks if enough customers have not registered. Participants who have registered to attend a track that is cancelled will be notified by email of the cancellation and invited to attend an alternate track.
