The panel will promote a structured discussion among the Regions on territorial policies for attracting and retaining talent, with particular attention to the design and implementation of services at the local level.

Roundtable 3 – The role of the business sector and possible support measures
The roundtable will focus on interregional dialogue and the identification of regional levers to strengthen the demand for high-level skills in the production system and facilitate structured matches between qualified human capital and businesses.
