Learn how the Mentor Development Initiative will shape the future of mentoring through training, recognition, and tools that help both new and experienced mentors thrive. Whether you’re here to enhance your skills or rediscover your purpose, this is your launchpad. Join us for an interactive and informative session. Beginning with a review of the current MDI deliverables and their impact on the field, and then moving into breakout discussions to help shape future MDI deliverables. Participants' thoughtful contributions will be recognized with exclusive event swag as a thank you for their input.
