Naomi Mancuso is the Director of Operations Support at FIRST, overseeing the “small but mighty” front-line customer support team. Naomi has been with FIRST since 2009 and for the last 16 years she has been running the day-to-day operations for the group, she is also the point of contact for a number of projects within the organization. Naomi is based in New Hampshire, was raised a Jersey Girl and is a native Spanish speaker.
