Select your desired time slot for a Meet & Greet with American Airlines. Spaces are limited and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please note:
The automated email provided once the form is submitted will serve as your confirmation email, providing you with your time slot, exact location, QR code, and additional details. Please save this email as it is required to complete check-in with our onsite team.
All registrants must possess a ticket/access to the 2026 WAI Annual Conference & Expo.
To secure a confirmed time slot with American at this event, you must be an WAI organization member. For all other attendees who wish to meet with us at the event, we will have plenty of waitlist opportunities available onsite as well.
Duplicate registrations will be removed.
Please do not use different email addresses to create multiple requests. This may negatively affect your participation.
Selected candidates will be able to meet with a member of the American Airlines hiring team for up to 15 minutes.
If you are no longer able to make the time slot assigned to you, please be courteous to your fellow pilots and cancel the session ahead of time so it can be made available to others.
