HOT Agenda
Track 1 – Default Administration

This track is focused on the LoanServ default areas of Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure. This will review the basics as well as the best practices that Sagent recommends. This will not go into the Tempo product in detail, but more on how LoanServ initiates the process and how it can
transition to Tempo if preferred.
Track 2 – Escrow Administration

This track is intended for those who typically process PMI, analysis, and reporting. It is more of a focus on the customer-facing types of interactions where many questions tend to arise around PMI cancellations, analysis and trial reviews, and more.
Track 3 – Scripted Workflow Automation

This track will be appropriate for all audiences. If you are planning to write new scripts, edit existing, or just design and manage them, this will be for
you. If you have attended previous formal training, some of the content will be repetitive, but will offer practice and help re-enforce the standard toolset.
Track 4 – Special Loan Servicing

This track will allow a special focus on loan servicing that is not your typical mortgage. While the term ‘special loan’ can be subjective within the industry, we will plan to discuss ARMs, SCRA processing, and consumer lending options. Open discussion for customer specific scenarios will also be encouraged.
