Fees

Customer Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before April 22nd will receive a full refund. After April 22nd, all customer participants will be charged the full rate of their registration fee, regardless of circumstances.

All customer registrants will be invoiced after April 22nd and on an ongoing basis as registration continues.

Please note: Sagent reserves the right to cancel Hands-On Training tracks if enough customers have not registered. Participants who have registered to attend a track that is cancelled will be notified by email of the cancellation and invited to attend an alternate track.
