This session will look back to features delivered in 2023 which will include newer branding and view management tools delivered with CARE 2.0. We will also focus on the state of CARE today – what can be done with CARE and how customers are using CARE to drive better experiences for consumers. In dialogue format, we will examine what lies ahead for CARE – including improved experience around Escrow Analysis, Payments, and Assumptions. We encourage anyone who is responsible or who supports the consumer experience in your operations to attend. Additionally, we encourage anyone not using CARE today to come and see what a dynamic tool this is to lower your customer service costs.
This session will look back to features delivered in 2023 which will include improvements to security controls, credit reporting and delinquincy management, work reduction features in escrow management, and work done in investor accounting.
We will also focus on changes we are anticipating in 2024 and the current state of LoanServ to support further work reduction in escrow, payment processing, investor reporting, and more. The format will be conversational so we can get direct feedback from the managers and others who focus on work done in LoanServ.
This session will look back to features delivered in 2023 which will include expansion of data available, improvements to data and how we manage changes to schema. We will also focus the state of DataScape today – what data is available and how are servicers using this data. We encourage data analysts and others managing data in servicing operations to attend this session, even if you don’t use DataScape today.
We will be looking back at 2023 work that helped servicers to lower cost by applying automation, to improve the customer experience, and helped you to maintain compliance.
We will be looking forward into 2024 as we discuss our roadmap to continue the same themes with some specifics around improvements in payment processing and escrow management, defaulted loan processing, managing new products in the market – particularly LOC variations, expanding information and capabilities for borrower self-service, and introduction of new products.
