Laura has a broad mortgage background, primarily focused on mortgage servicing operations, regulatory compliance, and litigation during her 20-year career in the industry. She has represented numerous financial institutions both in private practice and as in-house counsel, resulting in her knowledge and expertise across the current regulatory environment. Prior to her time at Sagent, she held roles in Servicing, Quality Control and Compliance, utilizing Sagent products firsthand.

Laura joined Sagent in 2020, with a specific focus on regulatory change management and oversight of all regulatory and compliance-related service incidents. As a member of the Legal team, she also supports all customer audit requests as well as third-party partnerships.
