In her current role on the LoanServ Product Management team, Karyn is responsible for enhancements to LoanServ supporting all areas of Escrow Administration including vendor integrations and also moderates the monthly Escrow Management call. Karyn is an experienced mortgage servicing professional with 15 years of experience. Prior to coming to Sagent, Karyn managed the Escrow Department at a Sagent client and was a LoanServ user. There, she also spearheaded the creation of a new department to oversee internal regulatory business controls surrounding Escrow, Special Loans, Billing Statements, Disputes and QWR’s. Karyn has been part of the Sagent team since 2022.
