Barbara (Barb) Bowser is Product Business Analyst of LoanServ Product Management at Sagent. In this role, she is responsible for the software enhancements added to LoanServ supporting client business needs and Investor required updates. She also moderates the Product Investor/Cash Functional calls. Barb started her career in loan servicing over 35 years ago. Her focus in loan servicing was mostly in the Investor Reporting and Accounting areas. She also has experience in managing Service Release, Acquisitions, Loan Boarding, ARM loans and Servicing QC functions. She has been a LoanServ user since 2003 and joined the Sagent team in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys directing the handbell choir at her church and spending time with her 7 great nieces and great nephews (ages ranging from 1 month old to 10 years old).
