Kevin Marek has been with Sagent products for 20 years. Through that time, he has supported development, training, advisory services, sales, and customer success. He specializes in many of the automation features within LoanServ and is a generalist in many other functional areas. Kevin helps lead the Sagent 360 program in which an awareness review is provided to the client teams and aids in the discovery of new and under-utilized features. He also notes challenges and pain points with each functional area and helps provide direction or streamline efficiencies for each business process.
