Mischelle has 30 plus years of mortgage servicing experience that ranges from onboarding recently closed loans to lien release. Her main areas of focus are Customer Service and Escrow. Mischelle spent 18 years of her career in a Learning and Development role, delivering new hire orientation and leadership courses to new employees at HSBC Bank. When she transitioned back to Mortgage, she was the lead trainer for newly hired customer service and collections representatives. In addition to facilitating classes, Mischelle wore an Instructional Designer hat creating training manuals, job aids, and e-learning courses. This experience assisted her in creating the Customer Service e-Learning path at Sagent.
Mischelle has been married for 20 years, has 4 children and 11 grandchildren. When she isn’t spending time with her family (her favorite pastime) she enjoys hiking, boating, watching sunsets, and cheering on her beloved Bills.
