Ivonne has worked in the mortgage industry for over 24 years. She has worked in areas of default management, loss mitigation, system security and as a vendor manager for property registration. She has a Master’s in Public Policy. Her areas of expertise are Teller Security, System Parameters/reports/interfaces, PL$$ Enterprise, Billing Statements, Workbench set up, Payment History, Default Expense Management, Default Investor and Insurer Reporting, Repayment Plan Processing, Default Cash and Expense Pay, Loss Mitigation, Consumer Modifications, Property Preservation and Inspections, Vendor Management, and REO. Ivonne loves winter, I can’t wait to go snowshoeing and kayaking in the summer. Ivonne enjoys visiting National and State Parks, traveling out of the U.S. Fun fact, the name Ivonne comes from Old German name Ivo, which may have been an occupational title meaning ‘archer’.
