Amy Nolan brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage default industry. Her career began as a Trustee Foreclosure Officer, specializing in non-judicial foreclosures across western states. Her early priorities included expanding operations into additional non-judicial states—requiring extensive research and process development—and creating workflows for first lien monitoring and bid-at-sale for servicers with junior liens. After six years in legal operations, Amy transitioned to technology, focusing on how systems support default processes. She started as a technical trainer and writer for default products, later expanding into analysis and product management. Throughout her career, invoicing has remained a core responsibility—first as an end user, then as a trainer, technical writer, product manager, and senior executive. Amy joined Sagent in June 2025 and has been instrumental in launching Dara Invoice, completing Sagent’s suite of default servicing solutions. Her deep industry expertise and technology leadership make her a key driver in delivering innovative, compliance-focused tools for servicers and vendors.
