Kate Mossop is Vice President and Portfolio Product Owner of our Single-Family servicing products.

Mossop leads a portfolio of agile servicing product teams and is responsible for the most strategic servicing products in Single-Family, including Resolve®, PAID (Payments Automated Intelligent and Dynamic), Total MI®, Loan Level Reporting and HomeSteps CentralSM. She guides the organization’s servicing portfolio vision and roadmap to deliver value by understanding market needs, as well as strategic goals, and optimizes the delivery and technology integration of servicing product development capabilities. She is also responsible for managing policy change impacts on our products.

Working collaboratively over the last 15-plus years with key co-leads within the Single-Family business, including Data, Operations and Technology, Mossop has also been integral in developing critical functions, including a business process reengineering team and a user experience design team that enables product development success. Prior to her portfolio product owner role in Servicing, she led the business teams responsible for the product launch of the Loan Advisor® portal, Developer API portal, Freddie Mac Access Manager and Loan Advisor Data Share capabilities.

She holds a B.A. in mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross. She was recognized with Five Star’s 2022 Rising Star Executive Award.
