Marianne Sullivan (EVP, Chief Operating Officer) has been an active member of Sagent’s board since September 2020. Along the way, she’s helped build the management team, renew and grow Sagent customer relationships, and complete our landmark client/partner deal with Mr. Cooper. Marianne has led some of the biggest innovation milestones in mortgage and consumer finance, including the creation and launch of Fannie Mae’s transformational Day One Certainty initiative, and Collateral Underwriter which ensures quality home valuations. Also, as a Finicity board member, she helped grow the company, leading to its marquee sale to
Mastercard.
