Customer Training & Advisory Specialist SR
Shelly has over 25 years in the mortgage business, joining Sagent, FKA Fiserv, in 2015. Prior to that, she worked at GMAC mortgage for 20+ years on the servicing side with the bulk of her tenure in Training, Collection, and Loss Mitigation. Shelly held multiple roles from Trainer, Business Analyst, Supervisor, and Manager. When GMAC converted onto LoanServ in 2004 she took a key role in that conversion process. Currently, Shelly’s has vast system knowledge and is a subject matter expert in Customer Service, Collection, Loss Mitigation, Breach, Online Collection Queues and General System Functionality.

Fun fact: With her children all grown, Shelly is an empty nester, however, her hands are full with her rescue dog Bubba an 8-year-old Pitt mix who is equivalent to an 80-pound 2-year-old child. Shelly loves her job at Sagent and enjoys the interaction with clients, helping them solve and improve their processes and watching new clients thrive and grow, post-conversion. In her down time, she enjoys weekends at the river with family and friends, boating and camping.
