In this role, Erica is responsible for Product Management of Sagent’s new Dara platform which is an industry-first mortgage software platform that unifies all data and user experiences for servicers and homeowners across the entire servicing lifecycle. 

Erica has been in the mortgage industry for nearly 2 decades. She is a mortgage and servicing industry veteran turned financial technology evangelist. She has spent her career developing products leveraging innovative technology to disrupt the lending & financial industry through solutions for automating processes end-to-end.  She is a passionate leader who genuinely cares about the success of her team and helping customers solve challenging problems through technology with 5 years of product management experience, specializing in mortgage servicing and mortgage originations.  She holds extensive higher-level education including two master’s degrees in business administration and finance.  Her education and industry experience are key to her ability to help Sagent drive their mission forward in building the industry’s first Cloud based Mortgage Servicing System.

Erica is married to her high school sweetheart, and they are raising 3 girls—which feels like chaos wrapped up in love, dance parties and sarcastic jokes. As Central Florida native, her favorite places to be involve sun & sand (or roller coasters).
