Blake McMurtrey

Blake McMurtrey is Director of LoanServ product Management at Sagent.
In this role, he is responsible for the software enhancements added to LoanServ supporting client business needs and changing market conditions. These responsibilities include the LoanServ roadmap
and release schedule.
Blake began his career in Loan Servicing in 2005 and has been with Sagent since 2020. He has focused
throughout his career on refining operational processes to better assist servicing operations gain efficiencies and reduce cost and risk. He has held roles within servicing operations including Records Management, instructing Excel and other regulatory courses, cashiering/liquidations, investor reporting, secondary marketing, MSR transaction management, and technology leadership.
In his free time, Blake enjoys time spent on hikes with his dog Max and attends various Product meetup
groups in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area.
