Jesse Decker (EVP, Chief Customer Officer) has over 25 years of experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors leading transformative organizational efforts, developing, technology strategy, managing system design, development and implementation efforts, and building and scaling SaaS Customer Success teams. In her current role, she leads the customer success, onboarding, support and professional services functions at Sagent. Prior to joining Sagent, Jesse built and led Customer Success teams at Roostify and Cloudvirga. She also spent 15+ years in consulting - at Andersen, Booz Allen, and Pace Harmon (now part of West Monroe) - advising fortune 500 and mid-market companies on strategy and technology transformation efforts.
