The pick-up point for all guests will be at Casa Siemens on February 3rd, 2026.

For those who have chosen the Skyway activity, departure by bus is scheduled at 6:30 AM, while for participants attending the Aymavilles Castle visit and tasting, departure is set for 7:30 AM.

During the morning, each group will take part in their planned experience. For lunch, everyone will regroup at the hotel, followed by the plenary session and dinner.

February 4th will be dedicated to an institutional moment and a small surprise. In the afternoon, departure for Milan is scheduled at 4:00 PM

3rd February

• Departure from Casa Siemens by bus to the selected experience at 06:30 or 07:30 am

4th February

• Breakfast and check-out
• Plenary session
• Lunch at a surprise destination
• Return to Milan (around 6:30 pm)

Tasting & Castle Aymavilles

In order to avoid traffic congestion in Aosta, the meeting point is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. at the following address, where free parking is available.

From this location, the bus arriving from Milan will transfer guests traveling by car to the coffee break and subsequently to the selected experiences.

At the end of the activities, the bus will return to the parking area, allowing guests to get cars and then go to the hotel.

Guests traveling with electric vehicles are informed that the hotel is equipped with two charging stations: one universal charger and one dedicated to Tesla vehicles.
