At the Forum, the CTO is co-convening the Digital Bridge Policy Dialogue: Ministerial Meeting with representatives from ADB DMCs and CAREC, facilitating high-level policy discussions on innovative financing for digital transformation in Asia-Pacific. The CTO also hosts the Commonwealth Digital Nations Alliance Meeting to explore emerging technologies and cross-border collaboration tailored to Commonwealth needs. 1. Who is invited from Commonwealth countries?
The Asia Pacific Digital Transformation Forum 2025 welcomes ministers, senior officials, and digital policy leaders from Commonwealth countries to join the dialogue on advancing regional digital transformation. Invitations are extended through the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO).
2. How do we confirm our participation?

3. What support is provided by ADB?
For nominated and accepted participants from CTO member countries that are also ADB developing member economies, ADB will cover: · International travel (economy class) · Hotel accommodation for the duration of the event (24–27 June 2025) · Daily subsistence allowance ADB will liaise directly with confirmed delegates to arrange logistics.
