Overview

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will host the inaugural Asia Pacific Digital Transformation Forum (APDTF) on 24–27 June 2025 at the ADB Headquarters in Manila. The forum will offer a rich environment for dialogue and collaboration among ADB staff, government officials, industry experts, private sector leaders, and international development organizations on deploying digital technologies to spur development. The conference will follow a hybrid format with in-person and virtual participation.

Digital Tech & Innovation Marketplace Exhibition

The Digital Tech & Innovation Marketplace Exhibition provides a unique opportunity for ADB stakeholders and partners to showcase innovative digital solutions and initiatives to APDTF 2025 participants, especially those from ADB member countries. There is no cost to participate in the exhibit.

The marketplace will also allow the participants and exhibitors to network and discuss various solutions, platforms, and contributions. The marketplace will run from 25 to 26 June at the ADB auditorium 1 and 2. Exhibitors are to set up their booth in the afternoon of 24 June. Each exhibit will be designed by the exhibitors. Exhibitors are encouraged to use boards, banners, and TV or computer monitors at their assigned booths. Since the APDTF 2025 is a paperless event, instead of bringing in flyers, brochures, and other collaterals, exhibitors are encouraged to display a QR code leading to a website featuring the information or publication they want to share with participants.

Exhibition Requirements

To participate in the exhibit, interested organizations should submit the expression of interest (EOI) on the event page following to the APDTF 2025 secretariat on or before 30 May.
· Concept of the exhibit
· Objective of the exhibit
· Items to be displayed or showcased
· Video showcasing the product and solution to be exhibited

Logistical Arrangements

There will be 24 available slots for the exhibit. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 2x2 meters space with a table, chair, and a power outlet.

Ingress/egress forms and other needed permits will be provided to the exhibitor upon confirmation of their participation.
